The USM University, in conjunction with the Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG) and the Centre for Technological Innovation in High Performance Computing, will develop the third version of the Satellite Image Processing Course. The course will take place at the USM University between July 09 to 27, 2012, combining laboratory work in the mornings from 0900 to 1300 and topic discussions in the evenings, from 1400 to 1800.

CTI-HPC invites you to participate in the course on GPU Computing to be held from August 8th to September 1st. The course will provide a thorough introduction to this topic, covering the implementation of algorithms for general and scientific purposes, as well as discussing the advantages of using GPUs for high-performance computing in the future. After completing the course, it will be possible for attendants who are interested on the subject to take part on related projects on CTI-HPC, and also to apply for academic exchange opportunities. More Information
